• Quantity takeoff and materials followup
• Ensure smooth executation of work on site
• Installation of transformers, surge arresters, capictor bank, RMU, and isolators
• Installation of remote panels and SAS panels
• Supervision of cable pulling for HV, MV and LV systems
• Termination of HV, MV and LV cables
• Ensure safety protocols on site
• Responsible for testing commissioning of all transformer, panels and power cables
• Preparing presentation for weekly progress meetings
• conducting various tests on installed equipments to verify functionality
• Overseeing the final commissioning of the substation and its system
• Coordination with QC teams for inspection and WIRS
• Monitoring delivered materials on site as per standards

• Capacitance and dissipation factor (bushing)
• Winding insulation resistance and polarization index PI
• Core and clamp insulation resistance
• Winding resistance test
• Transformer turn ratio test
• Magnetic balance test

• Sweep frequency response analysis
• Bushing current transformer test
• Transformer gauge calibration or oil bath test
• WTI current injection test
• MCB current injection test
• Transformer protection devices alarm checking

• Perform Routine & special test on power transformer
• Perform Routine & special test on MV, LV panels and power cables
• Lighting impulse test
• Tan Delta of winding & bushing.
• Transformer turn ratio
• Winding resistance test
• Short circuit and open circuit
• Transformer Oil flash point and pour point
• Breakdown voltage test of transformer oil
• Partial discharge & tan delta test of cable
• Panels insulation resistance test
• Transformer functional test
• Transformer function and visual inspection

• Supervision of HV, MV & LV panels during production.
• Supervision of ASD & star delta panels production.
• Testing of VFD, DOL & Star delta panels after production.
• Responsible for FAT test of All Electricals Panels.
• Supervision of 11KVA panels during manufacturing.
• Installation of HV, MV panels on site.
• Designing of Electrical panels.
• Load calculation for Electrical panels.
