• Develop monthly process, personnel and construction Key Performance Indicators and develop comprehensive report and present to the top management with way forward.
• Implementation of Safety, Health, Environment & Quality Policy under the guidelines by DuPont Process Safety & Risk Management System.
• Expertise in hazard identification, risk analysis, risk assessment and job safety analysis, participate in Pre startup safety review of new facility.
• Participate in the Contractor HSE Pre-qualification exercise and technical evaluations during the process of contract award or renewal.

• Co-ordination with production engineers, process engineers and control room engineers for Plant operation safety, startup, stabilization & shutdown
• Investigation of all Incidents, Concerns / Spills / Fires to find the root Causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Understanding all aspects of PTW (Permit to Work) functions including job safety analysis and risk assessments. etc.
• Develop safety training modules and impart training of the staff and workforce.
• Lead the turnarounds safety team and ensured implementation of safety procedures and policies.
• Participate in different HSE meetings with the EPCL site management and Contractor HSE management, share and follow up for the meeting MOMs.
• Prepare Daily HSE reports and share it with the management and contractor showing the trends of major violations and mitigation plan.
• Develop SCD (safety critical device) defeat analysis and identify gaps in system.
• Developed safety culture at site through various campaigns and involving EPCL management and contractors to promote safety culture at site.
• Developed and revamped the Emergency Response plan for projects, ensured required resources availability and conducted weekly drills to gauge performance against the plan.
• Successful Execution of all 2nd and 3rd Party Audits.
• Hand on operational experience of Low Temperature Chlorination Reactor, Oxy Chlorination Reactor, Absorber, Stripper, Chiller, Distillation Column, Natural Draft Furnace, Wastewater stripper and vent gas incinerators
• Responsible for safe startups and shutdowns and load variation of plant.
• Logging of critical plant parameters and preparing technical analysis report for smooth plant operation.
• Prepare shut down activity plan, manning schedule, and equipment hand over sequences.
• Engaged in the preparation of procedures and operating manuals for safe startup and shutdown of the Plant.
• Supervise Operations and Maintenance activities during Turnarounds and routine.
• Routine Inspection and Continuous Monitoring of the Plant Equipments.
01 Year Training in operations department at EDC VCM unit to learn the plant operations and accomplish other assignments as per training plan.
