• Directly report to general manager/commercial manager,
• Directly work with sales/commercial /finance/Store department.
• Assist the managers in preparing and managing daily work,
• Prepare and manage daily and monthly Reports of Sales and Production.
• Manage all the documents of local and foreign supplier.
• Prepare Delivery notes and posting of sales invoices.
• Reconcile the sales statement of supplier on monthly basis.
• Prepare Receipts and credit vouchers
• Maintain cash book.
• Prepare and manage monthly sales Journal and account statement of trade/sundries debtors,
• Communicating effectively with external clients and internal teams to deliver product’s functional requirements etc,
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via calls and emails,
• Receiving and dispatching of mails from Sister Concern companies. Receive petty cash vouchers and other documents and obtain approvals from the manager on daily basis.
• Prepare receipts and reconcile the bank statement.
• Maintain the file of good receive notes (grn of local and foreign suppliers).
• Prepare and maintain the daily and monthly overtime of factory staff.
• Prepare and manage the salary of factory and office staff.
• Directly report to Operation Manger South Gulf,
• Maintain and handling the operation of logistic in Abudhabi,
• Responsible for all the operation related to the logistic in Abudhabi include, support WCS department
To accurate delivery of requires ATM, Cisco, Emc and symentic parts.
• Prepare weekly shipment of defective parts to repair centre local and foreign,
• Prepare weekly operational and financial report,
• Prepare month end reports operational and month end,
• Weekly placing the order of parts from local and foreign supplier
• Attend weekly and monthly operational WebEx meetings,
• Weekly receiving the shipment from repair centres,
• Directly work with all the business units all over the world to support operational activities,
• Monthly counting of physical stock in inventory,
• Use Central Integrating Management software to handle every day operation, etc.
• Directly report to controller sales and marketing,
• Officially representative of all the radio stations operating in Pakistan.
• Prepare and manage sales reports,
• Directly interaction with advertising agencies, government/private departments,
• Organize and manage marketing plan and campaigns and promotional events from conception through to completion, etc,
• Manage and lead the advertising campaign,
• Working directly with companies, NGO’s and government institutes to promote their media campaigns.
• Participate in different events related to the media, etc,
• Create, maintain and upgrade Company customer’s satisfaction,
• Develop sales targets and plans,
• Formulate and update departmental reports,
• Prepare media plan for customer.
