• Making the monthly sales reports.
• Claiming the rebates of customer and arranging the documents as per credit department requirement.

• Handling the stock reports to ensure that all the stock is available.

• Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when Sales Representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.

• Coordinating with Accounts and credit control department for any query of customer related to mention departments.
• Arrange proper marketing campaign for any new product introducing in the market.
• Work as IT Support Engineer in order to assist the manager and make the manual system to an automatic system and design the system for web base.
• Design and implement services, applications, and frameworks for mobile platforms to change how fans.
• Develop software supporting OSN database and make information in order to use by sales department.
• Making the daily sales report using the developed system.
