•Managing the complete operation cycle from identifying prospective clients, making all appointments, visiting clients and closing deals.
•Handling E-Commerce Projects (MarkaVIP, Namshi, etc).
•Dealing with Banks as handling main shipments of Banks (Amex, NCB, SABB).
•Supervise Ecommerce team (online shopping) to grip the world load.
•Customer’s dealing to resolve their questions, concerns and services.
•Part of a small team based in other cities areas and will have the support of the customer service and Sales Support team from Head Office as well.
•Supervise the shift of staff day by day to handle to workload.
•Assist the Manager in providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers.
•Create reports showing Sales % and make presentations using Software (Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
