- With line and functional managers, defines HR strategy to ensure recruitment and placement of staff with necessary capacities and competencies to best respond to field needs of all five operation centers in a timely manner (right person, right place, right time).

- Recruitment for Overseas Deployment; provide the MSF movement with the right candidates for field positions in sufficient quantities and at the right time.
- Contribute to the talent management initiatives to aid field staff development and retention
- Independently provide HR advice, support and career management to MSF field staff throughout their involvement with MSF.
- Work alongside the Regional Communications Hub to provide creative content for the development of appropriate recruitment material, including website and social media.
- Carry out screening and interviewing of suitable candidates, ensuring sufficient availability of candidates in the pool to meet operational needs.
- Co-ordinate with relevant stakeholders to match available candidates with suitable vacancies, balancing organisational and individual needs
- Maintain regular contact with individual field staff before, during and after deployment in order to provide HR support and advice
- Brief departing and debrief returning field staff in order to learn from their experiences and to offer them practical support (re-integration, career evolution and future missions)
- Identifying and meeting learning and development needs of individuals in order to meet operational needs and aid retention.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with relevant professional institutions and other organisations to produce creative and innovative recruitment and retention initiatives.

- Technical Manager of HR Assistants in all project and direct supervisor for cleaners, Nanies and coke in the coordination.


- Recruitment : Do first shortlistings first / final rounds, share it with supervisor and make sure that the process of recruitment is based on the recruitment policy.

- Participate in conducting the interviews based on request, or support other projects during recruitment process and supervise the filling system ( hard and soft copies) .

- Post opened vacancies on website recruitment or daily newspapers share it with the mission and communication department.

- Focal point between MSF and selected candiates to complete the employment process .

- Make sure all staff has the appropriate contract and personal files are kept up-to-date at all time.

- Guarantee that personal files of all staff are administered with appropriate quality including Homère. (CV, motivation letters, employer certificates, diplomas, certificates of physical aptitude, family status, national identity card, ...).

- Ensure all national staff has an evaluation up to date (check in Homere).

- Inform the employees about their annual leaves entitlement..

- Monitors all paid and unpaid leaves of staff by adequate reporting with Homère.

- Check the Salaries of the fields and generating the coordination salaries in addition to two other projects and send them to the HRCO for validation.

- Responsible for briefing of international/national staff on Jordan Culture.

- Ensure any staff (national or expatriate) is welcomed upon arrival.

- Communicates to and briefs new employees on HR policies and regulations.

- Internal Regulation: Aware of legal rules in country, follow up Internal regulations, and make sure that all staff have read the internal regulations, code of conduct, MSF Charter, etc.)

- Social security : registration of employees to Social security and, Prepares all correspondence with partners (authorities, tax offices, Ministry of Labour etc).

- Income Tax: prepare annual income tax reports of Jordan mission Staff and submit it to the income tax directorate after HRCO approval & prepares all correspondence with partners (authorities, tax offices, Ministry of Labour etc.).


- SANOU Training Facilitator : conducting SAnou training on monthly basis for Jordan Mission Employees and other sections Staff.

-Local training: ensure the administrative management of the training (venue, list of participants, location, transportation of trainers, availability of materials needed for training .

- Train on Homere.

- Dispatch all faxes arriving in the office, send all faxes when asked
- Ensure that all the machine’s paper (printer, photocopier, fax) is full

- Prepare HR documents, and provide support to HR Admin Manager
