•Leading a team of 30 members with overall responsibility as a Profit Centre Head for Western region comprising of 3 Branches (Mumbai, Pune & Ahmedabad).-Top and Bottom Line responsibility.
•Responsible for all activities Sales, Accounts and Administration.
•Catering to key markets through sea with Imports mainly from China, Europe, Taiwan, Korea and Exports to the CIS/Afghanistan/Africa/Rest of the world.
•Actively involved in a Project movements involving heavy lifts.
•Overall turnover expected of approximately 30 Crores for the year
West Africa (Freight Forwarding & Logistics)
Swift Freight International Ltd. is a leader in logistics & freight forwarding with operations in 14 countries. The Dubai operation contributes around 70% to the total turnover of the company

Steered all Sales & Marketing activities which included Strategic Planning, Channel Management, Sales Promotions, Logistics and Procurement.
•Provided direction to all import related activities including the purchase, negotiations and liaising with clearing agencies, shipping companies, customs & port authorities, etc.
•Demonstrated excellence in establishing a system for monitoring all import related activities, duties, port status.
•Successfully handled purchase of all locally procured raw materials and packaging materials as well as trading of all raw materials (Resins, master batches, pigments, moulds, machines).
•Instrumental in developing a strong & reliable vendor network both in Nigeria as well as overseas for all imports and locally procured raw materials at reduced costs.

•Played a pivotal role in handling wide portfolio of Rs. 10 Crores for well known companies like Hindustan Lever, Lipton, Brooke Bond, Cadburys, Procter & Gamble and Henkel.
•Distinction of launching major brands such as Tazaa Tea, International Lux, Henko & Ariel.
•Successfully handled overall sales operation including all aspects of the chain, sales generation, production, dispatch and receivables.
