Responsible for the effective implementation of the business plans in the section, and the accurate and timely reporting of the section performance.
Ensure that any deviation from the business plans are properly recorded, reported and discussed, and that any non-conformance to planned and agreed operating conditions are effectively resolved.
Effectively and efficiently direct the overall operations of the equipment’s to ensure optimum utilization of the section resources.
Planning of section maintenance and effective coordination with operation shifts.
Review STG equipment’ running/changeover schedule and coordinate maintenance activity with other operations personnel.
Finalization of alignments of two steam turbines high speed coupling,
low speed coupling, leveling, and steam lines parallelism, project client is WNSC, consultant KETS, Supplier & vender UTTAM India / SNM Japan.
Assistxs to commissioning of two steam turbines, 21 MW condensing double extraction & 31 MW back pressure 2018, project client is WNSC, consultant KETS, Supplier & vender UTTAM India / SNM Japan.
Coordinate with other sections for smooth operation, Attend all defects raised by operation.
Carry out of pervasive maintenance as recommended by manufacturer, Follow-up the maintenance and operations of the plant.
Follow-up the maintenance and operation of the plant including the planning of the spares and commanding the staff during the emergencies.
In charge of the power house operations during the rotational shifts, coordinate with other section for smooth operation.
Continuous monitoring of equipment report to defect to the mint suit, Continuous monitory of equipment efficiencies.
Ensured high levels of servicing and standards were met within time schedules, costs and safety regulations.
On call for 24 hour recovery service - willing to stand in for others.
1. Responsible (on shift) for engineering and mechanical repairs, servicing and maintenance of hydraulics, pneumatics, compressors, boilers, conveyors, generators, water pumps, hoists, gearboxes, and overhead cranes.
2. Oversaw Machine Shop routines and the day-to-day maintenance, service, administration.
3. Ensured high levels of servicing and standards were met within time schedules, costs and safety regulations.
4. On call for 24 hour recovery service - willing to stand in for others.
The Sugar Technology Department is engaged in education & training, applied research, extension & advisory services to the sugar factories.
