NAAAS Holding Group manages a varied portfolio of businesses, encompassing more than 8 companies and involving 1700 employees across sectors such as Real Estate Management & development, Hospitality & FM, FMCG, Media & Marketing, Agriculture, and Digital Marketplace.
Restructuring existing companies, building and developing all divisions of the group's companies, and establishing regulations and laws for departmental activities (Human capital - Financial affairs - Legal affairs - Marketing & communications - Leasing - procurement & tenders - Logistics - Customer & Tenants relations). The group was facing major financial problems and collection challenges. We were able, within 14 months, to achieve administrative and financial stability and we paid all financial obligations, and in 25 months we achieved profits that covered the losses of the 3 years before I took over the reins of the companies, with a surplus profit exceeding 17%.
We have obtained several tenders for hospitality and facilities management for several ministries and semi-governmental bodies. We have also renewed the contract for the management of the (Asian) Labour City, affiliated with the Engineering Department of the Private Office of His Highness the Emir, for a period of 3 years, which consists of 13, 000 housing units, equivalent to 52, 000 beds, despite the challenges. The major challenges that we faced in the year 2020, especially the confrontation with the Corona virus. All the work teams succeeded in managing things to safety, and the occupancy rate exceeded 90% in most cases.) Contracts for the distribution of food supplies and personal and household cleaning with Carrefour / Monoprix / Ansar Gallery / Al Meera / Lulu. Represented several FMCG international brands in Qatar Opened pharmaceutical and nutritional supplements/e-selling/trading companies Incomes exceeded 180% in the first year and 258% in the second year of the group Removed the names of some of our subsidiaries from the blacklist of some ministries and returned to working with them again Opened business channels outside the State of Qatar - Achieved exceptional income that the group had not achieved since its founding

Leading and driving top-line revenue across various sales segments, including group, volume transient, and catering. This involved assessing and reacting to market trends, competitor activity, and the hotel environment, while developing and implementing a marketing communications plan to achieve our desired positioning. Acting as the voice of the customer, I communicated key issues throughout the organization and analysed market trends, demand generators, and economic factors impacting hotel performance. Additionally, I conducted comprehensive competitive set reviews, SWOT analyses, and monitored new supply. Understanding GEO source, I developed strategies to penetrate primary markets and managed both existing and target key accounts. I designed effective sales deployment schemes, set sales goals, and managed group pace measurement to achieve budget and market share targets. Furthermore, I oversaw sales activity, travel schedules, and actively promoted Ezdan Hotels & Suites at local and international tourism and hospitality exhibitions and fairs.
