Execution of the planned production and evaluation of economic efficiency of the project;
Interaction with Customers in order to fulfill obligations under the revenue contract;

Organization of the process of preparing the project for implementation;

Work to identify the causes of deviations from the planned costs, physics of consumption and cost of all types of resources;
Organization of the process of evaluating the prospects for increasing the amount of work on the project;
Execution of the project production program and analysis of deviations in production and financial performance;
Consolidation of the Customer's claims, operational management of the received claims in order to prevent detection of penalties
by the Customer;
Closing of works at the Customer (signing of calendar time balance, delivery-acceptance certificates, etc.)
