Job Responsibilities· Having a good work experience in Cargo reservations and handling. · Having strong background in strategic planning, product research, business development and corporate sales achievements in Airlines Sales and Marketing based on Cargo. · Having a good business correspondence skills with the customers and the Cargo Sales Agents to secure business. · Having a strong knowledge of market plans conducting market research, maintaining and analyzing statistical data and monitor competitor activities. · Having a good knowledge of booking, follow-up, mishandle, claim settle, construct of Rates etc. · Having a good knowledge about reporting like Daily Uplift report, Weekly uplift report, Express service report, Claim settlement report, Dangers Goods report, Cargo refund report, Marketing report etc. Admin/Accounts:· Having a very good knowledge about Airway bill Checking/Auditing, amendments, raising CCA etc. · Having a vast knowledge about accounting related dada base system like SPARC. · Having a strong knowledge about the fortnight sales of the agents, auditing fortnight sales report submitted by the agents, payment procedures, monitor the fortnight payment of the agents. · Having a good knowledge regarding accounts related reporting and settlement of various kind of bills. · Having a knowledge file management and independent routing office administration. · Having an excellent proficiency liaising with Head office regarding any issue both in Cargo Sales and Admin/Accounts
