Drive business through digitization in the cluster, by working closely with Country Leadership (CP, BU VPs, Commercial teams, Marketing teams)
Build strategy and roadmap for the country through analytics and digitization and integrate it with the country and local BU go to market strategy to achieve growth and profitability
Responsible for building business cases and identify, manage and drive external customers & other stakeholders’ digital expectations, requirements and needs.
Responsible for driving change management within the country to ensure all local stakeholder (Sales, Offer & Channel Marketing, CCC, Field Marketing) as well as external stakeholders are aligned and adopting, using and contributing to the new plans.
Act as the SPOC (Single Point of Contact) in the countries for Global Digital team and work as the bridge between Global Digital Program teams and local stakeholders in the countries. Provide Global teams with local business understanding, need assessment and escalation of roadblocks and at the same time, cascade information from Global teams among country stakeholders
Conduct thorough data analysis by designing & implementing analytics programs, generate reports & collaborate with various teams to ensure optimization of resources and maximization of market share
Formulate an overall strategy & business development plan that includes pricing, product positioning, channels management, sales/orders forecast, customers platforming and market intelligence.
Seek information on issues impacting the progress of organization and processes. Translate up to date information into continuous improvement activities that align with day-to-day business needs and enhance performance.

The Master's degree of Science in Data Analytics focused on creating a strategy and vision of the organization towards big data, managing to secure the data, building appropriate infrastructure for data analytics, data analysis and presentation for intelligent decision making. Also, it helped in highlighting how data collection and analysis is used for emerging technologies including artificial intelligence, virtual realities, robotics, machine learning.
