• Partner with employees and management to communicate various human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards and other government regulations.
• Manage and monitor employee performance evaluations and ensures they are conducted accurately and in a timely manner.

• Provide advice to managers and employees across entire range of employee relations and organizational matters including performance management, labor relations, corrective actions, retention, and organizational structure.
• Generate, propose and implement solutions and initiatives with input from other HR team members.
• Assume full responsibility for local medical insurance plans
• Handle the search for outsourced HR providers when needed and ensure the proposal and selection meets the company’s guidelines and standards.
• Coordinate recruitment efforts for local hires with the corporate Talent Acquisition team
• Work with the centralized corporate payroll department to ensure all local deductions and company’s liability are appropriately accounted for..
• Manage all formalities for new hires and exits and coordinate with all other internal and external stakeholders as required.
• Ensure all statutory procedures are followed and all related payments made (monthly social security, PAYE, state taxes, etc.)
• Maintain complete and comprehensive employee records in line with corporate HR guidelines and local statutory requirements.
• Work closely with corporate HR to localize company policies and procedures and ensure suitability to the Jordanian market and labor requirements.
• Work closely with the Learning & Development unit within HR to ensure all regulatory training requirements are met.
• Assume full responsibility for the local medical insurance plan.
• Coordinate recruitment efforts for local hires with the corporate Talent Acquisition team.
• Work with the centralized corporate payroll department to ensure all local income tax and social security deductions are appropriately handled.
• Handle all formalities for new hires and exits and coordinate with all stakeholders as required.
• Ensure all statutory procedures are followed and all related payments made (monthly social security payments; income tax documentation, etc.)
• Maintain local vacation records in coordination with the central vacations record keeping team.
• Maintain complete and comprehensive employee records in line with corporate HR guidelines and local statutory requirements.
• Provide support to employees and managers in the Jordan office regarding general HR issues, as well as during group wide HR initiatives (e.g. appraisals, promotions, etc.)
• Oversee the recruitment cycle.
• Manage the annual performance appraisal process and ensure the appraisals are conducted properly and in a timely manner.
• Assume full responsibility for the local medical insurance plan.
• Ensure proper writing, amending and updating of staff handbooks, contracts, and issuing written employment offers.
• Manage the promotion cycle and ensure it follows the company’s guidelines.
• Prepare various HR related letters like experience letters, salary certificates, no objection letters, visa transfer letters, etc.
• Ensure all statutory procedures are followed and all related payments made (monthly social security payments; income tax documentation, etc.)Ensure the confidentiality of company records.
• Organize and supervise all of the administrative and logistic activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office.
• Assist employees and their managers in performance and disciplinary matters.
• Coordinate with HR team regarding leaves, medical insurance, training, etc.
• Assist the HR team in implementing and monitoring company’s policies.
• Handle Visas issuing and renewal for employees and clients in coordination with local governmental authorities.
• Prepare various HR related letters. Arrange meetings, conferences, and appointments as directed by internal parties.
• Organize and manage the CEO’s day-to-day affairs in an efficient manner.
• Handle travel arrangements and hotel bookings for employees as well as clients and guests.
• Compare all bookings invoices against actual travel, and co-ordinate with finance on any financial matters related to travel.
• Handle purchase requests and office stationery.
• Liaise with and acted as the link between the client and the designers and ensured the
communication flows effectively.
• Introduce creative ideas and concepts that suit the project's purpose.
• Proofread to ensure the production of accurate and
high-quality work.
• Attend clients’ campaigns discussions meetings and deal with the day-to-day
requirements, ensuring they are produced in line with clients requirements and in a timely
manner.
• Discuss the products, services and advertising requirements of each
client; setting up meetings with clients thus ensuring their satisfaction.
