one year and half of experience as a technical support advisor for a large company at webhelp. maintain high qualtiy support in each interaction. support and answer customer's inquiries about service, products, and malfunctions. work towards call targets and KPIs as defined by client procedure. recognize and adjust support approach to accommodate all levels of customer's experience acknowledge about business needs and workflow. priorities customer satisfaction through educating them about support options, products usage, steps have been taken to resolve the issue, online, in store, and other departments scope of support, and resolving the financial issues they face. handling different types of customers through adapting different communications styles. providing software and hardware technical support based on customers' concerns. logging all interactions through client's systems as required. monitoring, shadowing, floorwalking to newly hired employees/ teams communicate positively with team members, customers, and other partners.
A graduated English language and literature student. Achieved several projects for example a research in Effective Ways of learning English vocabulary and Speaking for Non-Native Speakers and One of Steven initiative Alumni as I have participated in GSSC with a Bi-national team (USA/JOR) in a Sustainable project called Kaizen.
