Oversaw and managed BLF’s SME subsidized loans portfolio
•Reviewed and assessed credit files prepared by credit officers across branches and ensured compliancy with BLF’s credit policy and the requirements of the Central Bank of Lebanon
•Managed to release previously withheld subsidies from the central bank after sorting out issues left unresolved by the previous relationship manager
•Reviewed the credit performance history of the customers of the bank’s SME subsidized loans and assessed their economic and commercial standing
•Carried out periodic assessment of the quality of the subsidized loans portfolio, and proposed credit ratings, when necessary, to branch managers
•Assisted in the continuous review of the relationships, functions and operations related to SME subsidized loans, and in providing suggestions for improvement
•Supported branch managers and account relationship managers in managing their current SME subsidized loan portfolios, especially the problematic ones, and helped ensure the proper implementation and maintenance of credit procedures
•Contributed to several marketing events in order to increase the bank’s portfolio of SME subsidized loans
•Managed all relevant reporting activities with the Central Bank of Lebanon
