• Analyzing customer complaints, quality concerns for OEM’S Ensuring complete in-process quality control & continuous improvement in process capabilities
• Analyzing various processes / applications and recommending process modifications to enhance operational efficiency and introducing process controls to avoid process wastages
• Experience with using and analyzing SPC, fish bone analysis, cost-effectiveness analysis, PPAP and Control Plans, Rework & Rejection Analysis, PPAP, 7 QC Tools, QAV, Internal Audits and preparing WI and Quality Lessons
• Supervising Associates for Incoming, In-process and Final stage inspection process
• Root cause analysis for part defect & implementation verification and submitting 5 Rule Sheet
• Providing Training & Capability Building of Team Associates and performance analysis
• Line Quality approval, Line inspection of End of line and Cross checking on sampling basis of test parameters.
• Defect free line feeding and defect from one stage to next stage
• Perform 5S in area of work and train and assist wherever required
• Team Sub leader in Quality Circle and leading team as per QCFI
• Achieving Targets as Per MBO and preparing monthly MIS with fulfilling all KRAs.
• Experience of working as per ISO 9001: 2015 and IATF 16949 Standards.
• Preparing Quality reports on daily basis and report to Manager
• Maintaining documents as per standards and Reporting to the Quality Manager
• Products and assembly’s inspection as per quality plan drawing & specifications
• Preparing Process sheets, Inspection reports, layout for domestic and international customers and taking corrective action and preventive action and Process control
• Carrying out Quality Tools, 5S, 5WHY, 8D Methodology and CAPA activities for continuous improvement
• Customer quality problem analysis with countermeasures and supporting core team during audits
• Ranked 2nd in West Bengal University of Technology • Secured 1st position in Intermediate Exams • Topper of Mechanical Department
