• Management of $7.5 Million Business of the ENT product line including Surgical, Clinical, Audiology, Balance, Posthurography, Speech Therapy & Hearing Aids product lines on the company group level in the Gulf area (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman & Bahrain) as well as supervision & support to the MENA countries (Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Iran & Iraq).
• Managing the ENT team in KSA & Gulf Countries.
• Executing of annual business plan and Sales budget as well as directing the annual Marketing budget and the P&L.
• Generating and implementing the action plan according to the company vision.
• Analysing market opportunities and requirements on both existing and future foreseen Products/Markets.
• Maintain annual growth for sales.
• Developing highly effective staff training program for sales, marketing & technical ENT teams.
• Maintaining the relationship and satisfaction of business partners & suppliers.
• Arranging events such as users meetings, conferences, seminars and products orientations within the Group coverage.
• Set marketing campaigns in coordination with respective PM’s to increase the awareness of our superiority of our products over competitors and maintain our positioning message.
Sales and marketing of the medical equipment, including the full product range of Ophthalmology, ENT, Audiology and Speech Therapy equipment, in the western region including the remote area.
