Leading pre-construction procurement on a regional shopping centre project (Dec 22 to Apr 23).
Leading pre-construction procurement on a classified project (May 23 to date).
Responsible for all Commerical issues on the construction of 1.5 million square metre shopping mall, spread over 8 floors and with more than 1, 200 retail, entertainment and food units, with 15, 000 car parking spaces.
• Japanese Embassy, Accra. Value US$12M. Building the new Japanese Embassy and Ambassadors house in Accra, Ghana. I spent two years living and working alongside my Japanese colleagues on the project. Roles stretched far beyond the control of the commercial aspects of project to include procurement of local and international materials, suppliers and subcontractors and arranging and clearing shipping.
