• Perform any other related duties required to support the Property Management team, activities and overall strategic directions and in order to ensure smooth flow of operation within the department.
• Ensure 90 days’ Notice is given for all renewals and received back
• Issue all renewal and new contracts and correctly load into systems
• Work as required by the Property Manager with all Property Management issues
