• Actively seeking out and recruiting new affiliates. Identifying potential partners, negotiating terms, and onboarding them into the campaigns.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing affiliates to ensure their success and satisfaction.
• Tracking the performance of affiliates, analyzing data, and providing insights to optimize performance.
• Ensuring the quality standards and specifications are being implemented by the affiliates.
• Rectifying compliance issues from the Buyers.
• Identifying and managing technical issues that arise.
• Managing Ringba and VICI. (call trackers)
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date call traffic and performance reports.
Supervising the operation of the counter sales Preparation of Day end report Handling Petty Cash and Store accounts Scheduling Store meeting and events Ensure Team meeting their day-end targets
Crucially ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues
effectively, and fostering positive relationships between the
company and its customers.
Generating reports on customer care metrics and trends to
identify patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Handling escalated customer inquiries or complaints that cannot be resolved by junior staff.
