RASAN is an Insurtech company specializing in insurance and banking technology, began in the capital of Saudi Arabia in 2015.
My Responsibilities:
- Organize and support RASAN’s Technology & Development department which consist of: Web Team, Mobile Team, UI/UX Team, QA Team, Tech Support Team, DBA team and Infrastructure Team. Along with supporting the other department to apply the agile methods and best practices on all projects.
- Act as Scrum Master by coaching team, host meetings (e.g.: DSMs, retro), follow up for the fulfillment of all Sprint’s work items, monitoring teams’ members capacities vs iterations durations and removing roadblocks.
- Develop all the needed automation parts along with applying CI/CD.
- Control the communication between the Dev department team leaders and between Dev department members and other departments’ teams like Business Analysts, Project Mangers, Operation team, etc…
- Update and improve the workflows and task transformation between the DEV teams.
- Supervising the Security team to establish and enhance the Cybersecurity functions and Business Continuity Management. Integrate with SIEM, Conduct periodic Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Test.
- Reporting by using Azure DevOps Queries, PowerBI, Excel and SSRS.
- Hiring new DEV resources through Assessment Test, Assignment Task, and multisession interviews.

A technical consultant for multinational companies in the middle east region.
Current project is with Thales group, a transportation security system for RTA called EC3.
My role in this project:
- Full Stack Development of Training Platform for the EC3 project.
- Data Quality.(using Pandas with Python)
- playback a historical real life events and interact and simulate actions to impact the history and help planning for the future.

- Leading a development team starting from Analyzing requirements to system delivery solving technical problems, conflict resolution, and assigning tasks.
- Starting the enterprise SMS/MMS/WAP-PUSH gateway & CMS, with two versions: Java & DOTNET
- Efficient Bulk Management: +50 Million MT (Message Terminal).
- Support of all transferring protocols (SMPP, SMTP, MM7 & HTTP(s)).
- Intelligent Message Sending capability handles failed transactions.
