● Assist Project Coordinators and Manager in all operations related to the project Implementation
● Follow up with partner CBO to establish a safe space for adolescents, organize community, Outreach and recruit
adolescents
● Work with partner CBO on recruiting, training and overseeing Syrian mentors and facilitators who will provide
psycho-social and self-expression activities, and mentorship for adolescents.
● Follow up on daily activities of adolescents safe space, including schedule and delivery of psycho-social and
self-expression activities, life skills training and mentorship activities.
● In cooperation with partner CBO facilitate joint adolescents meetings, community service project identification
and implementation and provide support to adolescents teams
● Ensure safety and security of adolescents safe space, adolescents and program teams
● Ensure daily monitoring of adolescents and volunteers attendance and performance
● Contribute to monitoring and evaluation efforts in accordance with the pan, including monitoring, data collection
analysis, report writing
● Prepare weekly updates and monthly progress reports, including challenges and recommendations
● Coordinate with other relevant international and local organizations, local government and other stakeholders.
