Assist the Project Manger with the development and update of project resources, budget, and schedules
Reviews contractual invoices and project payment requests and make recommendations to the project manger
Ensures that project budgets are adhered to and in line with the contract
Review the design works and assist in providing technical support to the design team to ensure that the works are in line with the
client scope targets
Coordinates communication among projects consultants, other public or private agencies, and internal project team members
assist the project manger in implementation of safe environment of the office and site staff members .also assistance in HS&E
training and site implementation
Coordinate between the raw stone manufacturer in Italy and the company production factory's in Abu Dhabi
Provides the quantity of the project for each type of stone and set it up as schedule plans
Attend the Inspection with the client to ensure the quality as per the project specification
Develops and Distributes Project related correspondence project progress and reports
Submit the weekly reports of the progress on site Vs martial fabrication quantity's to client and abu dhabi airports company
Coordinate with the material supplier and factory production to provide the needed supplies.
Supervise and facilitates equipment and component installation to assure that every process is running due standards.
Assist with construction manager in preparing schedules and ensure appropriate filing and paperwork.
Provide the needed documents for all implementations and activities on site.
Collaborate with the construction manager to provide all the safety needs. ( Safety inductions )
