PACS/ RIS Product Line Manager local & Regional MEA markets: Optimiza Jordan, 2/ 2014- 3/ 2016
 Led local and regional business development activities based on MERGE HEALTH CARE (an IBM company), SUITE OF PACS solutions these solutions are essential conduit of large data employed in IBM-Watson healthcare project of cognitive computing, such suite of PACS solution includes RADIOLOGY PACS/ CARDIOLOGY PACS/ OPTHALMOLOGY PACS . In addition to Optimiza RIS solution. Solutions were tailored to Middle East markets
 Served as internal and external champion for PACS imaging. Worked with regional sales channels and key customers., solved cross functional complex issues. Communicated and worked with all areas of company’s healthcare technical team consisting of developers, designers, project managers, implementers and QA engineers..
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
CISCO Jordanian Healthcare initiative: with CISCO-Optimiza partnership in implement PACS in radiology and ER departments of Bashir, Mafraq and Queen Rania Hospitals in Jordan (first PACS multi-site in Jordan), based on MERGE PACS Optimiza RIS. Managed and followed up on all RIS/PACS implementation projects. Monitored project progress against targeted KPIs such as: (Customer’s Change Management adoption, adherence to work quality, delivery, timely execution., In addition to:
• Led testing of Radiology Information System to meet CISCO acceptance criteria for MOH project: Load testing utilized J-meter to simulate up to 1, 000 concurrent users as well as measuring the response time of system per such load.
• Led integration (HL-7 interface, DICOM federated Queries) between MERGE PACS and VISTA (a US Veterans Hospital Information System, currently employed nationally in Jordan by HAKIM initiative)
• Managed Technically and administratively RIS/PACS team: designed customized PACS solutions for healthcare institutes, developed, updated and maintained RIS/PACS roadmap based on market requirements and product positioning.
• Sales and Marketing Plan Development, Managed Partner Channels, analyzed potential partner relationships in line with Optimiza and MERGE product line, sales cycle follow up. Fed pipeline with opportunities. Instituted short term and long term regional and local strategies. Provided Optimiza leadership with regular reporting: weekly, monthly, quarterly plans, annual budgets, Led deal strategy development and reviews. Held regular project progress meetings with stakeholders in projection with project milestones’ time line.
• Conducted market research to specify market requirements for current and future products. Reported on: major local and regional market trends and updates to Optimiza leadership and MERGE.
• Business Development activities:- Directed sales & marketing activities(Upstream & Downstream), set and implement go-to-market strategy, product positioning, key benefits, and target customer Followed up on new business opportunities, prepared presentations, communicated new product developments to prospective clients, oversaw marketing literature, management feedback & reports. leveraged MERGE PACS/ Optimiza RIS solutions during presentations and technical meeting.
