Responsible for designing and managing all ASCOTT hotels datacenters based in KSA, including high professional IT team members.
Duties:
Designing, installing, managing all properties datacenters with high level standards.
Managing property management servers ( Protel )
Managing oracle servers connection
Managing POS and PS systems
Managing IPTV system ( SAMSUNG )
Managing wireless environment and integration with PMS
Managing IP Telephony environment and PBX integration.
Managing CCTV system and VingCard access control system for rooms and elevators
Meeting front and back office IT requirements
Planning and configuring high-level security including layer 2 security.
Integrating the billing system with PMS
Planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating the operations of all information systems
Planning the stages of projects and evaluation
Coordinating the project team
providing user training, support, advice and feedback
Agreeing costs, timescales and standards
Monitor and maintain technology to ensure the maximum performance
Administrating LAN and WAN connections (Core switches, Routers, Internet connection types)
Firewalls and VPN (ASA firewalls, P-P VPN, Easy VPN, GRE Tunnels)
Virtualization environment (VMware, Hyper-V, Oracle)
Voice over IP infrastructure (Cisco Call managers, Gateways, E1 connections, PSTN lines)
Storage and backup forest (iSCSI, Fiber connections)
Microsoft servers (DC, Exchange, Lyncs, WSUS, File server, SharePoint)
Performing other related duties as required during working hours
Responsible for planning, designing, and implementing the holding’s head office and branches data centers, network, security, VOIP, system backups, system servers, and Virtualization projects as an IT team leader.
Duties:
Administrating and designing LANs, WANs networks
Analyzing & developing key components using methodology prescribed techniques
Planning and installing all VOIP networks between the head office and branches
Configuring and administrating all the group’s firewalls and security (ASA, IPS, TMG etc..)
Configuring (GRE, peer-to-peer, easy VPN, secure desktop ) VPN
Installing, configuring, and administrating Web-Proxies
Planning, designing and implementing all virtualization projects using (VMware, Hyper-v)
Designing, Installing and configuring storages
Analyzing all logs of protocols traffic for network efficiency
Configuring AAA servers
Configuring and administrating Microsoft office communicator server
Configuring and administrating sensors server
Training technical engineers for the designed projects
Investigating, diagnosing and resolve all network problems
Installing and configuring all Microsoft servers and clients (Grouping, Policies, WSUS, Sharing permissions, DNS, DHCP)
Communicating and negotiating with the suppliers
Responsible for Pre-Master building network routers and switches, also working with a team supporting five student buildings.
Duties:
Duties included LAN/WAN daily operations: Router & switch configurations/Access lists
Troubleshooting network connectivity problems
Upgrading and repairing faults on the routers and switches
Installing and troubleshooting VPN connections
Responsible for QoS and load balancing between the connections
Responsible for communication protocols, configuration, integration & security for that building
Maintained router and switch configurations, updated and changed configurations depending on college requirements and documentation
Visio Drawings - drew and updating for reference use continuously
LAN/WAN monitoring / Vendor Contact - Continuously monitored
Responsible for installing, configuring, testing, and troubleshooting all routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless links (Microwaves, Wimax, access point)used inside the company or in the base stations.

Configuring and installing Cisco routers and switches
Monitoring and upgrading all network devices
Solving end users modem and DSL connectivity issues
Installing and configuring microwave devices
Installing, configuring, and integrating WIMAX systems
Responsible for testing and integrating TR069 protocol with modems
Installing and configuring Cacti and IPmonitor servers
Installing and configuring VMware ESX servers
Installing and configuring all VOIP servers (TrixBox, CUCM) and integrating them with traditional PBXs
Installing and configuring Linux servers
Responsible for testing all microwave devices throughput and speed
Managing VMware workstations
Managing users accounts and limitations
Supplying the technical services for the backbone of Turbonet Communication
Training the new employed engineers
