Mechanical design to achieve the target vision for each project
- Working on developing Self-Driving system for vehicles.
- Supervision technician team in installing tracking & logging systems
- Represent the company in the technical meetings
- Prepare & review the technical documentations
- Work in developing plans for the technical projects
Responsibilities in R&D Department:
- Create Schematics & layout design for products
- PCB impelemntation using CNC machine
- Assemble electronics on board for wearable products
- Design & integrating of wireless charging for wearable products
- Power optimization & solving thermal issues
- Generate BOM & Gerber files for manufacturing
- Apply industrial standards on the designs to achieve high quality products
- Coordinate with product designers to make casing & prototype integration between electronics & mechanical parts
- Verification & validation for prototypes & devices
- Processing and preparation for electronics components purchase lists
- Create purchase lists for the appropriate equipments, devices, tools & components needed by R&D department
- Setup electronics Lab for the products prototyping
Design Custom Automation systems & Development Boards for educational purposes
- Meet the customers to understand & get clear vision about new product requirements
