Resource Planning and Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborated with the function heads and other stakeholders for volume and niche hiring requirements and leading 360 recruitment across all functions - Technology (Product Development team), Business and Operations, Scientific Research & Genetics Lab (Life Sciences), Finance & Legal, HR & Admin

Migration into HRMS:
- Led the entire digital transformation project (including ATS - Zoho Recruit) from planning to execution wherein all the HR operations including Talent Acquisition, Personnel Management (leaves, onboardings and exits, promotions, engagement events, vaccination status, staff movements across functions), and performance management were migrated to an HRMS
