Being a Product Manager, I am responsible for underlined profitability of all consumer & SME products. Successfully launched all 3 products within a span of 3 years i.e., from 2008 till July2011 and responsible for profitable portfolio growth and management.

Devised and introduced sub product variants for innovation and to earn revenue through different avenues. Rolled marketing campaigns in collaboration with marketing services & advertisement agency for mass reach to target market.

Conducts regular business intelligence, competition scan, industry & economic reviews and pricing decisions. Preparation of annual budgets and reviews and scrutiny of profitability models.

Being a product manager, I was responsible for launching and profitable growth of Personal Loan & Auto Loan. It includes taking pricing decisions, proposing and getting approved the applicants criteria and managing the whole chain for a smooth and delighted experiences for customers.

Worked upon, initiated and introduced new sales acquisition channels within the bank for mass spread. Gained and maintained the loyalty of our business partners through coordinated activities for long term sustainable mutually beneficial relationship.

Launched marketing campaigns and made alliances with top notch merchants. Regular duties included competition scan, monthly business profitability report and portfolio analysis.
