Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal opinions on a variety of insurance-related matters, including coverage disputes, claims denials, and regulatory issues.
Assist in the drafting, review, and negotiation of insurance contracts and other legal documents.
Participate in the investigation and resolution of complex insurance claims, providing legal guidance and support to adjusters.
Stay up-to-date on relevant insurance laws and regulations, industry trends, and case law.
Represent the company in legal proceedings and hearings as necessary (may vary depending on experience level).
Work collaboratively with other departments within the company, including underwriting, claims, and risk management.
Maintain accurate and detailed legal files and documentation.
I had the pleasure of studying under many great professors and tried to intake as much information as I can. I published many journals while i was studying and also maintained a high score on my exams through the course.
