As Senior Engineer in the MEP dept. and within main contractor company of (International Nile Club Project), I have:
- Carried out all managment and technical resposibilities these related to project as main contractor representative till hand-over process with MEP systems like: Electrical Supplies, HVAC, Fire Fighting/Alarm, Electromechanical systems, Low Current, and BMS.
- Coordinated between project client, consultant, and sub-contractors according to electromechanical-MEP scope.
- Dealt with project documents such as: IR, RFI, RFS, MSF, MDS, DTF, TP, SWI, NCR, SNAG lists, and take-over certificates.
- Carried out inspection works with consultant and attended alternative meeting with project organizations.
- Management responsibilities include:
(Planning, Marketing, and Sales)
- Technical responsibilities include:
( Design, assembly, installation, and testing) of electrical equipments and boards.
- Communication with clients and offers submitance.
- Attended the (White Nile Sugar Factory Project) erection and commissioning as client representative.
- Carried out operation of 104 MW steam Turbo Generators and 11 MW Diesel Power Station plants.
- Carried out preventive and corrective maintenance of power plants and process plants including thier utilities.
- Worked with MV system including indoor substations and overhead lines.
- Worked with LV system including: stand by generator, transformers, swith-gears, MCCs, motor VFDs and soft starters.
- Worked with automation system including: DCS, PLC, and Instrumentation.
-Planned and eecuted training programs for trainees and technicians.
- Prepared the alternative reports.
In the HEGLIG oil field - Sudan - and MID-FIELD oil field - South of Sudan, I have:
- Carried out MV and LV unerground cables installation and repair works.
- Carried out MV overhead lines service works.
- Acted as HSE Engineer
* Followed the maintenance of the customers electrical faults.
* Worked at the customer's DATA BASE establishment program, using ULTIMA & ORACLE softwares.
* Worked at Call Center program.
* Reported the regional management.
