Managing of Effluent treatment plant along with all scope related to hazardous wastewater collection, transportation and treatment; beside handling of water treatment plants.
1. Responsible for managing project from conception, pre-production through to completion.
2. Planning, executing, maintaining and improving process, equipment’s, facilities, components and systems to perform engineering tasks.
3. Responsible for managing project budgets and keeping the costs down.
4. Execution of project as per design and contract requirements.
5. Presiding all site inspections on the project.
6. Responsible for executing preventive maintenance plans, policies and procedures for the O&M projects.
7. Prepare documentation for procurement of services, materials and equipment.
8. Report the progress to the client and the projects manager.
9. Attending meetings, writing reports and preparing presentations.
10. Ensure compliance with safety requirements and standards procedures.
11. Manage and supervise the work of operation and operation team under project scope.
12. Manage, control and Monitor the time line, Cost and scope registered under the contract agreement which is related to facilities operation & Maintenance.
13. Control and manage the administration work of project team.
14. Implementation of company HSE and QA/QC policy and assuring the safe work environment.
15. Prepare and publish the project process.
16. Supervise all site activities and site sample collections.
17. Plan project operation work strategy to achieve the project deliverables with client satisfaction.
18. Develop my team capabilities demonstrating my work plan study shared with my team members.
Handling of Operations and maintenance of water facilities at all military camps in northern emirates including:
1. RO Plants (18 nos).
2. STP Plants (24 nos).
3. Olympic Swimming Pools (15 nos).
4. Solar Water heater (256 buildings).
5. Car wash (22 nos).
6. Strategic Water tanks 5, 000, 000 gallon (5 nos).
I was Project Manager for different projects, scope of all projects is: Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of a Sewage Treatment Plant with capacities of:
1. MBR 1200 m3/day.
2. MBR 700 m3/day.
3. MBR 400 m3/day.
4. SAF 400 m3/day.
5. SAF 200 m3/day.
6. Extended Aeration 300 m3/day.
7. MBBR 1500 m3/day.

* Irrigation Line.
Handling sugar production shift which have about 150 - 250 employees.
Starting from sugar cane cleaning till storage of shift products.
And also I was responsible for products quality and all lab test.
Responsible for handling of all processes in RO and STP plant.
Responsible for arranging all required chemicals for plants operation.
following all plants products quality and doing the required corrective actions to meet the quality limits.
