• FOLLOW UP ALL UNIT OPERATIONS OF SUGAR PROCESSING SUCH AS:
Juice & Syrup Clarification.
Mud Juice Filtration.
Juice Evaporation.
Sugar Crystallization.
Melting section.
Heat &chemical treatment.
Filtration Deep Bed Filter (DBF).
Ion exchange resin (IER).
Refinery pans.
Drying.
Packing.
Achieve the Sugar Production during the shift.
Coordinate with Other Plant Shift Engineer for Smooth Operation.
Coordinate with Laboratory for the Aim of Controlling of Production of Various Stages as well as Quality Control.
Follow up Routine and Preventive Maintenance Plan.
Responsible for the calculations Chemicals Consumption used for Sugar Manufacturing in Process House.
Coordinate with Maintenance Department for Annual Maintenance.
Responsible for the Energy & Material Balance for Sugar manufacturing plant.
Follow up performance of all equipment uses in sugar process.
Analyze the down time problems and schedule program for spare part and new modification plan.
Control & Mobilize the Shift Staff to Minimize & Control Down time.
• FOLLOW UP DRINKING WATER TREATMENT PLANT:
Preliminary Treatment Screening
Sedimentation Process.
Pressure Sand Filtration (PSF).
Disinfection.
Implementation preventive Maintenance of all Equipment
Schedule for Annual Maintenance Require & New Project.
• FOLLOW UP DEMINERALIZATION WATER PLANT:
After Raw Water Treated in water treatment plant, Additional Water Treatment is require for Demineralize Water, such as:
Membrane filtration.
Microfiltration (MCF).
Ultra Filtration (UF) .
Reverse Osmosis (RO Filtration).
Neutralization (Effluent).
De-gasser Tower.
Mixed Bed.
Production engineering job operation productivity with use of tooling plant layout methodology, ergo improvements and execute of production department daily production plan environment constraints.
Packing processing/improvement for safety /production related issues and measure, analyze production output.
Develop process operation standards and maintain them in accordance HAM quality manual.
Integrate process engineering with safety, quality, new model and equipment staff.
Identify root cause of production problems and provide countermeasures and implement based on prioritization.
Study current production process efficiency issues.
Feedback to department management the problems that effect on production output, safety, quality to efficiency improvements.
