As a physical therapist at Sudais Medical Complex, my role involves delivering comprehensive and specialized care to
patients seeking rehabilitation services. Working within a dynamic healthcare environment, I have had the privilege of
addressing a wide spectrum of conditions, ranging from orthopedic injuries to neurological disorders. Collaborating
closely with patients and employing evidence-based practices, I design individualized treatment plans to optimize
functional outcomes and enhance overall quality of life. Sudais Medical Complex provides a conducive setting for
applying my expertise, allowing me to contribute to the well-being of patients through effective rehabilitation
strategies.

During my enriching 1.5-month observership at RMIs Rehman Medical College of Rehabilitation Sciences (RCRS), I
gained broad exposure to a diverse range of medical specialties by rotating through various wards, including
Pediatrics, Musculoskeletal, Gynecology, Neurology, the Intensive Care Unit, Cardiology, and the Outpatient
Department. This immersive experience provided me with a comprehensive understanding of different patient
demographics and clinical approaches, allowing me to observe the daily workflows within both inpatient and
outpatient settings. The observership was instrumental in significantly enhancing my practical medical knowledge and
sharpening my observational skills

During my tenure as a physical therapist at Charsadda Medical Complex and Kidney Center, I had a rich and rewarding
experience treating a diverse range of diseases. Working closely with patients, I addressed various physical challenges
and collaborated with medical professionals to enhance overall well-being. The dynamic environment provided ample
opportunities to apply my skills in treating conditions such as musculoskeletal disorders, neurological impairments,
and post-operative rehabilitation. Engaging with a multidisciplinary team, I implemented tailored rehabilitation
programs, fostering positive outcomes for patients. The experience not only honed my clinical expertise but also
deepened my appreciation for the vital role physical therapy plays in holistic healthcare.

Throughout my comprehensive clinical training, I have developed and refined a diverse and advanced skill set across
multiple rehabilitation specialties. My hands-on practice was conducted under the close supervision of Assistant
Professor Dr Izhar, where I gained extensive experience in neurological rehabilitation, musculoskeletal rehabilitation,
pediatrics rehabilitation, and sports rehabilitation. This foundational training provided the platform for me to master a
range of specialized manual and modality-based techniques. I am proficient in administering electro therapy,
performing chiropractic and manipulation therapy to restore joint function, and utilizing supportive interventions like
Kinesio taping therapy. Furthermore, I am certified and skilled in advanced soft tissue techniques, including dry
needling therapy for myofascial pain release and cupping therapy to enhance blood flow and promote healing. This
rigorous, supervised practical education has equipped me to effectively assess and treat a wide variety of patient
populations with a holistic and evidence-based approach.
