Processing Invoices from delivery tickets till payment in an Oracle base cost control software (PCC).
Vendor reconciliation on bi monthly basis to update the aged invoices
Processing invoices in SAP Accounting software.
Handling Cash to pay salaries, final settlements & vacation salaries in replacement of cashier
Preparing financial statements of year ended 2018 for audit purposes in assistance with Accounts Manager.
Submitting all other reports related to accounts payable tailored to manager requirements.
Record necessary J.Vs in (SAP) system.
Record & update Accounts Payable and Receivable and resolving discrepancies.
Bank reconciliation on monthly basis for sales account, payroll account & operational accounts.
Review & reimbursement of petty cash expense.
Preparation & submission of VAT reports on monthly reports.
During the job main responsibilities are:
• Preparing and reconciling the Membership and monitoring the Receipts from Members and charging to Statements on accrual concepts.
• Record & update Accounts Payable and Receivable and resolving discrepancies.
• Managing cash flows against expenses arising from different revenue & cost centers.
• Bank reconciliation on monthly basis for operational accounts.
• Recording asset, Ascertain liability and charging their effect to the statements.
• Preparing staff payroll & ensure disbursement in Cheques & account transfer.
• Managing overseas suppliers, tracking shipments, coordinating with suppliers to remove hindrances.
• Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
• Recording Necessary J.Vs to reconcile System (Motamam).
• Collecting Information from different Cost Centers and preparing financial statements by merging all cost centers.
