Designing and implementation of the irrigation system for football grounds, parks, and colonies
Determined the total water requirement of all types of exotic species installed in different location of the Islamabad.
Installed and categorized the ethno botanical species in specific area.
Design mechanized green houses
Design the nursery layouts e.g. beds preparations for different plants and their irrigation system according to their water requirements.
Maintenance all types of flora in Islamabad.

It is an enhancement work in side Abu Dhabi Island for many of public areas jugging, tracks and improvement of landscaping at roads and different Palaces area in Abu Dhabi.

General Responsibilities:
Daily inspection to ongoing work activity on site.
Providing technical assistance for installation of irrigation & plantation of different trees, Shrubs and Ground Covers.
Planting of different Native & adoptive varieties of plants.
Executing of soft& hard landscaping of works.
Design & Executing of irrigation system.
Making sure that all garden equipment is correctly maintained and serviced...
Reviewing Shop & As Built Drawing.
Making various designs and layouts of garden landscapes.
Executing of Constructing fences, walk ways, walls and ponds
Supervision of quantity and quality of work.
Supervision of safety standard on site.
Preparing safety daily, weekly and monthly reports.
To Attend client’s special meeting
Preparing daily, weekly and Monthly progress reports/ Manual and presentations

Landscaping Maintenance Responsibilities:
To implement the landscape maintenance schedule regarding care of plants, planting beds, pest management, lawn and winter cleanup program as per contract condition.
To monitor all mowed turf area on average of every seven (7) days.
To monitor all mulch beds, shrubs beds, flowers beds, and tree rings to maintain well defined edged of at least four (4) inches in depth.
Controlling and monitor of weeding in all flowers beds and rings twice a month.
To monitor of all ornamental shrubs, bushes and evergreens or sheared three (3) times during the contract period to ensure a professionally maintained appurtenance.
To implement turf care program regarding Fertilizers five time during seasons (Early spring, mid spring, late summer, early fall and late fall).
To monitor turf care enhancement program regarding core aeration and over seeding.
Bed preparation for the seasonal flowers(Spring, Annual and Fall)
To monitor Plantation of Seasonal flowers (spring, Annual and fall) as per recommended distance on site.

Safety Responsibilities:
To follow up on any deficiencies noted during inspection, and ensure that they are corrected as per SH& E standard.
Respond to weekly SH& E reports unsafe condition (e.g electrical hazards, loose stair treads, road safety works etc.)
Ensure that monthly inspection of Fire Extinguisher and Emergency lighting, are carried out.
Inspect the department to ensure the workplace meet the various safety requirements.
Reviewing Contractor’s weekly SH& E Inspection reports.
Hardscaping Responsibilities:
Supervision of water fountain construction works.
Supervision of Construction of building contour.
Supervision of all walks way and steel fence installation works.
Supervision of concrete work and compaction test for structural works
Supervision of precast concrete Heel Krebs including concrete beds& backfilling as per Drawing and Specification.
Supervision of furniture shade structure.

Application of fertilizer& pesticides.
To attend weekly& monthly client meeting.
To make sure availability of all tools& machinery in functional condition necessary for landscape Maintenance well before time.
