the collection, transportation, and disposal of both hazardous and non-hazardous waste. All
waste is managed in accordance with regulatory requirements and disposed of at designated,
approved facilities.
• Managing the chemical storage area in compliance with mandatory requirements, including
appropriate storage locations, chemical compatibility, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS),
secondary containment, hazard identification, and routine inspections.
• Conducting regular site inspections, monitoring environmental parameters, preparing compliance reports and submitting to Qiddiyas online platform. Weekly inspections are conducted in accordance with client requirements. Environmental air monitoring includes the measurement of gases such as SO₂, NO₂, CO, and O₃, as well as particulate matter (PM₀.₅, PM₁.₀, PM₂.₅, and PM₁₀).
• Environmental permits for the crusher, ready-mix, and asphalt plants have been successfully
obtained through NCES, ensuring full compliance with applicable environmental legislation and regional regulatory requirements.
This includes, but is not limited to, energy and fuel consumption, water and
wastewater usage, potable water consumption for dust control, waste generation, transportation, and disposal systems at the project site.
• Developing Construction Environmental & Social Management Plan (CESMP) and other
