Supporting the Relationship Manager in managing relationships with existing and potential target SME customers and coordinate with the respective departments within the Bank to ensure processing of customers’ needs on priority basis.
Assisting in identifying and providing solutions to customers’ needs with respect to banking products.
Contributing in the collection process through regular follow-ups and reminders to customers with past dues.
Conducting necessary due diligence procedures for direct lending related to Civil Works, Raw Materials, Machinery and Working Capital.
Finalizing and ensuring sign off credit proposals that include recommendations for interest rates and loan limits.
Adhering to all conditions and requirements for Loan Drawdowns and support Relationship Manager in collecting all required documentation.
Liaising with Credit Department, Financial Forecasting and Engineering Project Department to obtain their assessment of the application based on their pre-defined criteria. Supporting the Engineering Project Department in conducting assessment of credit profile of the customer through client visits (at the proposal stage).
Assisting in the conduct of annual reviews of customer to identify if loans require renewals.
Ensuring all activities are in adherence with QDB guidelines, processes, SOPs and related regulations.

Managing portfolio of borrowing relationships consisting of contracting, trading, manufacturing and retail sector in line with the Bank's credit strategy.
Preparing credit proposals for new and existing customers and analyzing clients’ eligibility by examining credit structures and ratios to determine the risks involved.
Prepare and analyze financial spreads for annual review of limits and fresh proposals. Ensuring that the credit applications are prepared and submitted to RMs to meet set deadlines.
Assist in credit proposal preparation by data collection and research activities.
Review credit terms and securities as per the guidelines set by bank.
Checking and verification of security documents in coordination with Relationship Manager.
Coordinating with concerned departments in the Bank to ensure efficient and timely delivery of required solutions to clients.
Maintaining regular contact with key relationships in consultation with relevant RM to ensure servicing as per satisfaction.
Follows-up timely adjustment of TODs and EOLs allowed under relevant approving authority.
External follow ups including periodic client calls with call reports, documentations, facility utilization, payment regularizations, field visits and gathering latest market feedback.
Internal follow ups covering credit reviews, documentation process, operational issues and other business segments.

Management of accounts information related to scrap purchased from suppliers.
Reception of orders from clients related to amount, quality and invoice generation.
Management of sales accounts including steel billets sold to clients.
Cash payments, wages and salaries information handling for man power.
Maintenance of petty cash fund and its update.
Preparation of accounts payable and receivable list at the end of the month.
Checking all invoices, bills before payment and ensuring that they are approved by the concerned officials.
