• Manages procurement of vehicles on daily Routine.
• Inquire quotations from transporters on daily basis for hiring vehicles.
• Manages loading of goods on daily bases (direct loading and stored goods at warehouse).
• Maintain warehouse goods and orders received.
• Dispatches goods according to the need of distributor.
• Keeping record of damaged and short goods, maintain inventory, calculate goods physically at warehouse and if goods once loaded directly.
• Preparing Abnormality forms for the damages and short good with relevance of the necessary requirement by the supplier.
• Preparing Invoices for the every single vehicle according to the loaded goods for across the border.
• Preparing Chalans for the every single vehicle for receiving goods at warehouse across the border.
• Coordinate with the Custom agent at Torkham for any discrepancy.
• Arranging attested GD’s (Goods Declaration) of the cleared goods at Torkham Custom Station for the company with covering letter (so can claim rebate and any duties from the Bank).
• Arranging actual dispatches for the whole month.
• Manages the day-to-day operations of the office, coordinates office management activities and maintains office procedures.
• Maintain financial files and records.
• Develop and maintain proper filing systems for all correspondence.
• Prepare financial and/or administrative reports; monitor and reconcile accounts.
• Control daily office operations and provide support to the operations.
• Calculate employee salaries, deductions and contributions.
• Prepare monthly reports for the office.
