• Serving as a member of Steering Committee to kick-off the project

• Executed programs to train managers & employees on safe operating procedures, ergonomics, fire prevention and safe handling of chemicals and other materials
• Updated the Material Safety Data Sheet and trained the employees for the usage
• Developed injury reports, return-to-work plans & risk management programs with physicians & employees
