• Serving as a member of Steering Committee to kick-off the project
• Assuring the implementation of the Ministry of Education Environmental, Health & Safety Programs
• Determining specific environmental, health & safety matters of project to fulfil the company commitment on providing a safe environment and conducting its operations as per applicable laws & regulations related to HSE protection in coordination with Environmental, Health and Safety Policy Committee
• Verifying that Department Managers take suitable steps to implement HSE programs
• Reporting to Project Director on the effectiveness of budget & resources for HSSE implementation

• Ensuring that Department Managers have implemented the following programs in Biohazard Safety Program:
► Hazard Communication, Emergency Response & Training, Chemical Hygiene and Hazardous Materials Management Plans
► Chemical Inventory, Injury & Illness Prevention and Risk Management & Prevention Programs
