• Inspection of site and to ensure that, civil works proceeds as per the approved drawings and quality control procedure and specifications.
• Check the site before the start of work and record quantity of services
• Record all the field density test data, RFI data and contract documents.
• Monitoring the concrete, concrete mix type, slump, temperature and air Content.
• Monitoring & supervision of the concrete placement.
• Record all the concrete schedule data, slump test, casting of cylinders and Compressive strength of concrete cylinder.
• Inspection of approved material received by contractor on site.

• Review of Specs, Drawings and site Condition for clear understanding of Project scope, which helps in establishing the Control Points of the Project.
• Checking and Verifying the Coordinates, to establish the Building points by using the Total Station Method, as per the Drawing and Project requirement.
• Inspecting the Levels and Elevation of all the Building and underground Utilities, after raising the RFI by the Contractor.
• Checking and verifying of project Piling Layout for Building Foundation Work.
• Checking and Verifying the Project Storm Water System to allow the Construction of Roads (from Sub Grade to Base Course and Asphalt),
• Checking and Verifying the Levels and Elevation of all the Gravity flow Pipe line System of the Project.
• Re-Check and Verify the Coordinates to Close-out the Building for as-built Drawings.
