1. Presently I am working with Fatima Fertilizer Company since from, 10-may 2007 to till date as a Senior Electrical Supervisor.

3. Worked with Jubail United Petrochemicals since 07-apr 04 to 02-dec 2006 as an Electrical Technician in KSA.

4. Worked with Joint Venture Fertilizer Plant, Dawood Hercules Chemicals Limited, 1999to mar 2004.

MY JOB COMPRISES OF THE FOLWING ELECTRICAL FUNCTIONS.
• . Supervision of Ammonia & Urea Electrical maintenance team to Maintain continuous operation of switchgear and plants.
MOVs (Rotork & Auma)
• Complete overhauling of limit switch assembly and motor.
• Now I am working as Electrical supervisor (Maintenance and Reliability) in Fatima Fertilizer Company Ltd (Ammonia and Urea plants).
• Majorly involved in Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance for MV and LV switchgears, Transformers, UPS (GUTOR), DC Chargers, Motors, MOV, s including annual maintenance shutdowns.
• Good maintenance experience on LV AC induction motors single and variable speed, VFD, motor starters and motor protection systems.
• Management of change on existing plants, Spares inventory management, procurement relevant to spares for electrical systems.
• Preparation of testing, commissioning and maintenance procedures.
• Troubleshooting plant electrical problems, conduct root cause / failure analysis RCA study with techniques like what if .
• Technical reporting writing and maintained comprehensive maintenance records with spare parts inventory management.
• Safety audits.
• Hand ON experience on for parameterization of SIEMENS protection relays.
• Lead retrofit replacement project of Rotork make MOV actuators and pneumatic actuators with AUMA make MOV actuators.
• Participate with PHA team.
• Job cycle check (JCC) and Job quality audits (JQA) every day.
• Involved for training development program for electrical team. .
• Involved for Job safety audits (JSA).
• Work request creation & work order closing in ORACLE system.
• Full awareness of the hazardous area on the Gas plant and good experience on Ex electrical materials.
• Daily reporting to unit manager.

• Electrical safety fundamental by DuPont (Process Safety Management).
• P.P.E (personnel protective equipment) & Work permit procedure.
• IMS Training (i.QMS ii.EMS iii. OHSAS).
• Electrical Isolation Procedure.(HV/LV).
• Electrical ‘Hazardous area classification.
• Gutor ups training from UAE.
