• Preparing Technical Queries, Technical recommendations and modifications in Design as per site conditions
• Interpretation of P&IDs, Loop Circuit diagrams, Electrical Wiring diagrams, Instrumentation data sheets, Logic diagrams, Cable routing layouts, Hook-up diagram for construction team.
• Follow up with the procurement team for the prompt arrival of project materials.
• Workforce, material & equipment quantity assessment for project execution
• Discussions with company counterparts about the procedures revise and improve documents to get approval from the company.
• Installation of all type panels/Cabinet along with all type of Instruments e.g. Transmitters, valves & Analyzers

• Preparation work procedures, method statements
• Prepare/review the as-built mark-ups prepared at the site.
• Identify possible clash point with other disciplined bases or actual site condition and design drawing as well as implementing possible alternative without compromising specification and Engineering standard.
• Establish the Calibration lab and calibrate the all types of transmitters, switches, valves etc.
• Maintain the instrument calibration record and also make sure the Instrument calibration should be as per standard and project specification.
• Prepare the method statement of all activities.
• Monitoring and Reporting of discipline wise daily/weekly progress against work plan to the company and clients.
• Handling client walk down for mechanical completion & ready for commissioning.
• Functional testing as per approved cause and effect diagram, Sequence input documents, operating and control philosophy etc.
• To ensure that all performed activities conform to engineering design and client’s criteria and are carried out without compromising QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety and Environment) and play a dominant role in its significant improvement.

Work on oil&gas wellhead site and works in instrument and power section
• Install the Cathodic Protection system along with main pipeline and at wellhead points.
• Installation along with testing and commissioning of Fire Alarm and Addressing System.
• Installation of H2S detectors and MPFM and (multiphase Flow Metering) and CCTV Surveillance Camera and FOC Fiber optic cable laying
• Installation of OHPL Lines and poles with Transformers installation and Electrical & Instrument cable laying

Worked on Gas plants and Power plants involving Steam turbines, generators, Transformers and Switchgear Installation and Instruments installation as per their hookups.

Working as an E & I Engineer in Dandot cement and Lead the team for plant maintenance and shut downs
