An inbound company and one of the largest BPO company.I work as a CSR, assists customers from or only within USA, taking orders and sometimes having trouble in placing orders online and also charges of their credit cards.. Sometimes having problems and keep them waits about their orders to being delayed for about 2 weeks more due to product constraints.
Taking care of a 3 children, 6years old, 8 and 9..English language, because they cannot understand our dialect. Cook and do the laundry for the children, and all other responsibilities as a childcare taker or what we common known as a NANNY or BABYSITTER.
