Alumex Plc is one of the leading Aluminium extrusion company in the South Asia and it is running under Hayleys group.

I am the responsible person in one of the Powder Coating Plant in the company.My duties are to achieve daily, weekly monthly targets and maintaining of the said plant.
1)Maintaining docs related to the machines and baths to preventive machine breakdown.
2)Checking chemical bath concentration with lab.
3)labour handling
4)Attending to the urgent order and try to complete ASAP.

1).Replaced Signaling and Telecom systems for Northern Railway Network in Srilanka.
2). Commissioned 1000 school all island Project - Technological (Mahindodaya) Labs / Faculties in Srilanka.
3).Commissioned some critical projects.(Renovation of The President’s Bungalow / Parliament Member Hon Keheliya Rambukwella’s Quarters/ Deputy Minister Hon Anuradha Jayaratne’s Quarters, )

i)Submitted Daily, Weekly & monthly report to the Head office & Client.
ii)Labour Handling.
iii)Commissioned some critical railway station (Kilinochchi Station, Pallai Station, Jaffna Station, Talai Manner Pier Station, Omanthai Station)

4).Supervising of Maintenance works in Head Office & bases.
(Central A/C, Split type A/C, Electrical, Electronics, Plumbing, Janitorial service, Security Firm, Generators, Fire system, Solar, Elevators, Renovation
works, preparing of Annual Maintenance budget, Calling Quotations and Evaluating them, Preparing tender Documents, Preparing relevant approval papers including TEC and submitting to the relevant tender boards, Participating to the relevant Tender Board, etc…)
