I start my career in DHL Express as a Operation Agent performing my duties of inbound/outbound courier dispatch and international outbound movements. Succeeding at operations I moved to Credit control department and later becomes the Customer Accounting Supervisor in Eastern Region and supervise the team control bad debts and collection. Work hand on hand with operations, Customer service and Sales dept to resolve critical situations..
Making customer visits and looking after key customers ( oil & Gas) and rest of the industries which belong to the team.
Team motivation and guidance and training's to each individual to gain the confidence for better performance of business development.
Customer focus and customer oriented mindset toward the business and job perform is really sensitive and need very good patience and show character which is part of my duties.
I have completed 12 years in the college and final of GCE Advance level examination. I am a certified marketeer obtained its certification from the Sri Lanka institute of marketing and Diploma in Computer software management from the College of information technology.
