•Prepare business correspondence of the executives and handling private accounts and other business documents related.
•Maintain executive’s calendar to include scheduling of meetings, hearings, arranging appointments, making travel and hotel reservations locally and internationally.
•Prepare transmittal sheet for the details and submittal letters of design drawings for contractors.
•Set up and maintain office files and records, reports and correspondences required for reference and efficient operation of office.
•Handling some accounting works.
•Handling incoming and outgoing calls and directs to appropriate concern.
•Handling office supplies and inventory and ensure maintenance of office equipment in proper function.
•Knowledgeable in preparing legal documents and perform a paralegal assistant in different government agencies.
•Maintain and ensure the secrecy of company and perform a positive attitude towards colleague and have a good public relation.
