The main objective is to prepare, develop and analyze financial and quantitative information so to ensure that the organization’s management makes well-informed decisions in regards of future stability, growth, and profitability.
● Constructing data accumulation systems for cost accounting systems within the Holding Co. and its subsidiaries.
● Creating and reviewing the controls needed for data accumulation and reporting systems.
● Prepares periodic cost statements, variance analysis, cost-benefit analysis (CBA), profitability analysis and commentaries for EgyptAir Holding Co. and its subsidiaries.
● Advising on the cost-related issues of EgyptAir Airlines Co. to SAP CO-PA team.
● Informs key strategic decisions and formulates business strategies, besides advising on the financial implications and consequences of business decisions.
● Offering professional judgment on financial matters and advising on ways of improving business performance.
The main objective was to smooth the flow of cabin interior spares to production units as follows:
● Effectively planned and controlled inventory levels in line with corporate policies.
● Analyzed material requests and consumption reports to define materials needs.
● Carried-out demand forecasting in-order to estimate the required quantities of items to purchase.
● Identified approved sources of supply, and recommended others for approval.
● Established and developed business relationships with suppliers and clients, and steadily strengthened them.
● Negotiated contract terms, quoted prices, quantities of items and lead-times.
● Issued purchase orders in compliance with corporate policies and kept track of them.
● Handled AOG and critical requests, and communicated with suppliers and end-users when needed.
● Reconciled and matched purchase orders and invoices with shipments.
● Resolved any discrepancies and submitted “corrective/preventive actions” reports.
● Initiated payment processes and followed-up the settlement of vendors’ statements.
● Worked closely with the finance department in order to ensure that all purchases are kept within the budget.
● Monitored contracts commitments and making recommendations.
● Reported suppliers’ performance evaluation and released claims when was necessary.
● Liaised with suppliers and various departments.
● Updated system with relevant data.
● Ensured purchase orders are closed upon receipt of full quantity and the receipt of payments by suppliers.
-Recording the daily journal entries.
-Preparing the financial statements and translating them in coordination with the CFO.
-Monitoring the credit levels of clients' accounts.
-Reporting clients whose credit limits were exceeded to the CEO.
