Monitoring file transfers by generating reports from the system to identify the Banks for which
the files were not created or sent
Publishing and maintaining Bank wise daily MIS and monthly dashboard for the file
delays/failures
Following up with the correspondents by contacting them over phone in case file receipt
confirmations or acknowledgements are not received within the expected time
Monitor and ensure the appropriate filing and verification of documents by maker and checker
Following up with correspondents and internal units for any technical issues with transmission of
files
Supervising and monitoring file uploads in Bank’s web portals, Entries in swift, file transfers
through FTP/SFTP
Notifying technical issues, errors and rejections to concerned departments and seek resolution
Coordinating with other departments ensuring timely accomplishment of tasks and activities
