• Currently identifying and supporting the implementation of process and system enhancements to continuously improve commercial management processes
• Facilitation of commercial process and ensure adherence to sound ethical principles
• Mitigation of risks in terms of contractual exposure to the Company
• Ensuring all business and capital buying operations adhere and comply with corporate governance, statutory, legal and other internal requirements
• Providing guidance to customers to ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, standards and guidelines
• Ensuring supplier stakeholders comply with relevant regulatory requirements
• Identifying, managing and mitigating risks associated with Supply Chain Management (SCM) capital buying initiatives
• Integration of Capital Buying guidelines and procedures with those of the Company's SCM blueprint
• Negotiations and monitoring of savings per contract
• Administration of tender processes including adjudication of tenders
• Agreement on the adjudication matrix with project teams and negotiations, re-suppliers contract terms/conditions
• Compilation, evaluation, management and maintenance of all contract related afairs re stipulations, recommendations and adherence to contractual rights/obligations.
