▪ Preparing IPA, negotiation with the consultant for IPC and Final Account ▪ Identifying Variations, preparing cost proposals and negotiating with stakeholders ▪ Preparing and maintain records of all Subcontractors’ Agreements and Payments ▪ Preparing cost Report and cash flow forecasting for every month ▪ Rate evaluation as per subcontractors; & suppliers; quotations ▪ Certifying of subcontractors works and issuance of payment certificates ▪ Claim preparation & Cost Control ▪ Attending commercial, Technical and progress meeting ▪ Review the tender documents and enquiries to carry out the quantity take off
▪ Taking off Quantities and BOQ preparation in Civil & Road projects according to Standard Method of Measurements ▪ Preparation of Cost plans (using excel) ▪ Preparation of pre-tender estimations for project stages ▪ Reviewing and evaluating the tenders, preparing analysis reports and assisting for Post tender clarifications ▪ Establish defence strategies for claims and Defending claims through contractual correspondences ▪ Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities ▪ Examining and reviewing or assessing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements ▪ Traveling from the office to various sites when required for taking off quantities ▪ Review progress claims for work in progress and recommend payment values ▪ Gathering and preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other necessary and relevant documents and forwarding them to the management ▪ Documenting relevant changes in design and updating budgets when required ▪ Liaising and working collaboratively with site managers, clients, contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders ▪ Evaluation of bidders’ pre-qualifications
